I interviewed as a temp and was offered the job on the spot. The office was great and the process was very easy. From then, though, the internal interviews were also easy and comfortable, but the hiring process itself was way too lengthy. I can see why people turn them down, because they will have gotten another job by the time Viacom gets around to offering them the position
