resume experience descriptions and personal information
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Paramount (New York, NY) in Feb 2023
Interview
Screening call with the recruiter, theyre very sociable and make you feel like you already have it, they tell you exactly why you were selected which is a major confidence boost. second interview is with the secondary manager of the team you could be working for, they ask what tech you know and what you want to learn it feels kinda untraditional as if they already know you’re coming(which i think is a positive). Last interview is with the big manager who oversees multiple teams including yours, mine was super super nice and it felt like a conversation about the future of tech but also about my future and aspirations within tech. Here they told me more details about their tech stack as well. I got an email from the recruiter the next day asking to schedule a call. She called and offered me the role! The offer was a little less than I expected given my most recent internship but great nonetheless, and I really appreciated each person apart of the process and had a great feeling so I accepted.
