1st stage: Had an initial phone screening with PPT global recruiter who then setup a virtual call with global VP product sales as a second stage interview.
2nd stage: The global VP product sales confirmed he would like to take me through to the next stage interview and he would schedule a date via the PPT global recruiter.
3rd stage: I was ghosted with nil contact.
Note: the role at the second stage interview was different to that advertised, the differentiator was they were looking for someone to manage and drive commercial engagements for the IT network and infrastructure performance mgt solution, which was extremely relevant to my background.
