After not hearing anything for several months, a recruiter/HR person with Parsons reached out to schedule an interview. In that time, I had already interviewed, accepted, and started another position. Even so, I was really interested in the project types so went through with the interview to learn more (was upfront about it). Had a zoom interview of possibly 45 minutes to an hour, and then I requested an in-person visit of the office. Several potential team members casually met with me in person to answer any questions I had and to share a little about their work. I then had a follow up call with the principal who was hiring, and was offered a job.
