Interview
You have a preliminary phone interview to get a feel for who you are. It's pretty casual and with someone from the HR team. Then within two days, you'll find out if you got an in person interview. My interview was with three people, which can seem intimidating, but they do amazingly at making you feel comfortable and understanding any nervousness.
