Penta Technologies Interview Questions

After the initial phone screening, I got a follow-up up skype interview with 3 team members from the Penta team. Most of the questions are behavioral based. Team was looking for very specific examples of previous experience dealing with different situations.

I had a screening interview first with one employee, and then another interview with several members of the team that I would have been placed with. These interviews allowed me to quickly get up to speed on the unique way of how things are done at Penta, the type of candidate they were looking for, and the different personalities of the team members that I would be working alongside with.

The interview process at Penta Technologies provided a valuable window into the extraordinary culture within. I met with knowledgeable leaders who were transparent and energetic about not only the work, but how the work was done. The entire company recently underwent a truly agile transformation, and it was clear leadership trusted the scrum teams to self-organize around the work. The interviewers asked strong questions that were relevant to the position and were designed to ensure a good fit for the company, while providing enough context to help me determine that Penta was a good fit for me. Most importantly, there was a genuine interest in my responses which helped me to see that leadership really listens.
