Interview
First you go through a "ride along" with a route sales rep. Then you have your first interview. Then you have a second and possibly a third interview in a panel setting. Then a final interview with an RVP. Then you take a personality test, complete a drug screen and backround check. Then an offer is presented based on the outcome of these results.

Interview
Very basic short phone interview, did not call at scheduled time and caught me during a run on a trail. There was a time zone difference by multiple hours causing confusion for the interviewer.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Met at the college career fair and through that got an initial interview. After initial interview received a second interview a couple weeks later. This interview was easy with many questions about leadership and it ended up being my final interview. Great interview process not intimidating at all.

Pretty relaxed and laid back. It still consisted of multiple people conducting the interview. Was done through zoom and not in-person. Could be do to just finishing up Covid policies
