Two 30 min behavioral and situational interviews, basic questions like tell me about yourself and why you're interested in the role, time you had to motivate a team. Said they would get back within a few weeks but so far has been a month
The process was surprisingly behavioral despite the fact that the role required technical ability. It was two rounds of interviews that were 30 minutes long. Be prepared to answer questions regarding working in DEI environments, have a flowing conversation with Upper Management.
