I began the interviewing process through my school's career fair where I talked to the head of Sales for PepsiCo's Warehouse division in the Mid-Atlantic region. Accounts Payable Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Winston-Salem, NC

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Winston-Salem, NC) in May 2010.

    Interview

Very unprofessional. I was told the process would take all day for a 1:1 interview. Consisted of 3 floor managers. Advised me that they'd rather spend 1 hour or less rather than 3 hours on 1 person for interviewing to get it out of the way. Rather than telling me it was to be a panel interview- they advised that I would be there for 4 hours initially. Was still a waste of time. One manager sat there and took notes and asked 1 question reading from a script while the others asked me questions pertaining to team work and leadership. They could've been more professional about details of the job. They basically read off of a piece of paper the entire time with no personality and made their jobs look very boring. Each of representative gave Pepsi a bad name. I'm so glad they didn't call back.
