I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Perficient (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2023
Interview
The entire process took 2 weeks and was very smooth. We had an HR conversational call to discuss roles, responsibilities, salary, and benefits. Then I had an hour-long interview with the Director of Technology at St Louis business unit. The second interview was quite in-depth with lots of technical questions. The difficulty of questions increases as you answer. They are basically interested to know your level of understanding in areas such as databases, OOP, and web development. Since I never worked with spring boot before, he skipped that section. Overall, the interviewer was very calm and understanding towards my knowledge and I learned a ton from this interview.

I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Perficient (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
interviewers were kind, have behavioral and coding questions. The technical depends on your primary coding language, in my case it was JAVA centered around OOP. The behavioral make sure to incorporate the STAR method and be confident and easy to communicate to. Even better if you can echo and apply that to personal experiences.
