If passed again, then they invited you to onsite, first presentation and then multiple people interviewed you. the process is not difficult

    Get a phone call in three weeks to arrange the first round of phone interview. Technique leader gave the first interview. Mainly about the previous research projects and relative technique backgrounds. The next interview came in one week and the candidate needs to give a presentation about the past research. After the presentation, there will be a talking between candidates and HR, tech and manage leaders.

    General questions, mostly can be found from interview tips online. Superficial questions and not too technical. you get a 1:1 interview with various people such as senior scientists and managers. Most important is to deliver a clear presentation for the interviewing panel. Also very clear and sharp answers in the 1:1 interview process.
    Having good soft skills is a must in order to get an offer.

    First, interviewed with the corporate recruiter, which was totally useless for me personally, as the recruiter had absolutely no idea about the job, activities in the organization. The next step was the interview with the project team, was a nice conversation, not too many technical questions. In the next round a presentation for the whole department, and interviews with the top managers (two VPs)
