This is one of the backwards companies that still require you to do an assignment (approximately took 15 hours) without pay. I thought I'd be paid back once I got the job but after talking to HR, this was NOT the case. I should have known better. Now just have a bitter taste in my mouth. Know your worth. Your portfolio should be enough.
