I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ping Identity (Halifax, NS) in May 2016
Interview
First was an in-person interview where I was asked general "fit" type questions by several interviewers. Then a day or two after the interview I received an email saying I'd been selected for the next round; I was sent a .zip archive containing a simple coding exercise to complete and send back to them. About a week after receiving the email I was asked to come back in and talk through my solution with them.
