5 x 30-45 minutes chats from HR to sales director. they are all like friendly chats and identity topical discussion. nothing interview like except the HR chat. all the arrangements was easy and mostly I am sure they have not read the CV before hand. completely understand, most ppl are busy. I really enjoy talking to these folks about their ideas and excited about the way they are approaching the issues. I asked more questions than they do in all the interviews.
