It was a group interview, we were all asked similar/the same questions, make sure you stand out by having a happy/costumer service personality. Candidates were contacted a week after the interview

As a somewhat regular customer of pinkberry I walked in a lot asking if they were hiring, and I wanted to work here since before they opened. I financially applied on snagajob.com and I called in; they told me to come in that saturday because they were having open interviews. It turned out it was a group interview with about 13 of us. First we had to introduce ourselves then tell our plans for the summer. We got a little bit of time to fill out our applications again, then we had all received a blank piece of paper and we had to create a poem, rap, song, poster, or skit about what we think when we hear pinkberry. Mostly everyone drew a picture of it and said it was a healthy snack etc. I just said it seems like a happy work environment and because of the vibrant colors it seems like a enjoyable place to be! The next task was we all got put into groups of 3 and we received a plastic cup, and was told this was the only thing in the community to sell and we had to come up with multiple ways to use the cup without altering it in any way. It was a fun activity although i had one man in my group who didnt contribute anything but its okay, he probably just wasn't a creative person, or he was nervous. Afterwards they called us out one by one to ask some factual questions. There was only 2 other people there that were 17 like me and the rest were in college! They pay is 8.50/hr which is .50 over minimum wage & another thing I like is that everyone has to pick a friday or saturday to close so its fair.
