I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Pinterest (Sydney) in Jan 2021
Interview
Had a kick off call with a recruiter which was great. She was super welcoming and really set me up as best she could to succeed. Made it to the second round which was a phone call with a Sales Manager and this was a really good call. Made it to Round 3 which was quite intensive - 2 hours of back to back interviews of non stop questions which was quite exhausting by the end of it.
Two of the men in my interview were quite difficult and not very welcoming. Whenever I asked questions about the culture at Pinterest or the day to day of the role they responded with one word answers and gave me a bit of attitude. One of the men even admitted to trying to rush through the interview because he had other things to do. This was the only real downside to the process. I definitely didn't feel welcome in the final interview.
In the end, the entire process took 5 weeks and I didn't get the role.
I think one piece of feedback I have is to reduce the 2 hours because it's so exhausting by the end of it and there's no time for a break to go to the bathroom.

Recruiter screen went very quickly, so quickly I could not tell whether I did well or not. She didnt ask any follow up questions, so I couldnt tell how she was assessing me or not either.

final round was very challenging - 6 people on call that were drilling in terms of challenging client questions. Up to then the other rounds were good. Ended up not getting the offer.
