Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Pipedrive (Lisbon (Portugal)) in May 2018.
Interview
Sent my resume along with a cover letter (can't remember if there were any assessments to complete) and I got a phone call in a couple of days to schedule an interview that took place less than a week later. Personally, I lost my interest right in the beginning when I was told the recruitment process would consist on 5 interviews with 5 different people. Excessive, given the fact the role. The hr woman and the team leader were not great. Lectured me in an accusatory way about the way I should think a success is (I felt like I was in 3rd grade again) and mixed up all the info I provided on the phone. The next day, I got an e-mail saying they wouldn't proceed with my application.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pipedrive (Prague (Czech Republic)) in May 2019.
Interview
I was interviewing for a position in the Prague office around may 2019. The process started out nicely, and I've gone over a phone interview, a 1-on-1 with senior PM, a work assignment (presentation+documentation) and a group presentation.
Mid-process, the HR person switched which caused quite a commotion.
After the presentation I got a generic "continue with another candidate" email.
I asked for some feedback to improve, after a previous post I got a very detailed and extremely helpful feedback, which I genuinely appreciated.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pipedrive (Tallinn (Estonia)) in May 2019.
Interview
I applied out of curiosity, while already having another offer on the table, because I was attracted by the role description. I had passed two stages: (1) introductory interview with HR and Enginnering manager; (2) skills screening with Principal Engineer and Growth Manager (not sure about the second role). Both interviews were remote with most of the questions about experience, architectural decisions in software engineering, technology choices and alike.
The devil is in the details. Or feelings in this case. They declare cultural values (as any modern and growing company for sure), but they don't seem to confess. I felt my application had been ruined since the first interview because I did not see much interest from their side as if they were interviewing because they had to. And finally I was relieved to receive a rejection letter. To be succinct, I had higher expectations.
Pity that I forgot to ask them the main question: why are they looking for such an important postion someone from outside when they have already lots of employees who might be ready to grow.

Interview
When you spend your time for test tasks and interviews, expect something more than just "sorry, we have chosen another candidate" thru email. Btw., HR-girl was very friendly. P.S.: It was skype-interview.

7 - they had booked a restaurant for dinner with whole or at least most team members
-> I was very tired actually for this dinner because I had about 7 hours flight and 4 hours staying for next flight boarding at airport and tired because of morning visiting and interviewing at office. the dinner takes about 3 hours.
0 - AT THE END They wrote for me:
"I got feedback from .... that he doesn't think there was a match between you and the team. ...... in the end, it was a difficult decision to make but we are sorry to say we have decided not to offer you the position. "
The reason was my Communication Skill and English :(

It had 4 or 5 stages with different people and different types of questions and was really easy to go because they weren't any kind of stressful: they had a lot of jokes and laugh and were really relaxed
