Interview
It was a friendly atmosphere. I submitted my application documents via GaijinPot Job and shortly got an invitation email to the first interview. The interview was casual, and the staff was really nice and polite.
The following day, I got an email describing whether I proceeded to the next stage or not. While I did not get the position, I would still like to recommend this company to people because of my pleasant interview experience. And the company helped introduce me to other IT companies in Japan too.
By the way, while they may send you emails in English, the interview will most likely be in Japanese.
