Poblocki Sign Company Interview Questions

Three part interview with various team members as well as the CEO. Nothing out of the ordinary. Looking for people with experience in sales but not limited to the signage industry

Was contacted by HR to setup an in person interview for the following week. Had the in person interview with the hiring manager and it went great. Was told I would hear back either way the following week. The next week went by and I heard nothing so followed up with hiring manager and haven’t heard a thing from anybody. No response. Nothing. Pretty disappointing when you take time out of your day to interview in person and take a tour of the offices and manufacturing facility and when you are told you’ll hear back and they just don’t respond. Not a good look!

Submit resume, contacted for a phone interview and scheduled for in-person interview. The process was long, and there was not any follow-up by the HR person. I had to make the follow up to receive the in-person interview, and then I was told I would be contacted with the process for the next steps, however, I never heard back one way or another.

Pretty normal. HR set up interview, met with hiring manager, CFO and CEO. Normal questions in interview. Felt like they were looking for culture fit. Take Wonderlic test at end
