Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Population Services International (Washington, DC) in August 2016.

Interview

I was contacted by a recruiter and had an hour long interview with her filled with standard interview questions; describe your experience, what are you looking for, what can you bring to the company. Within a week I had another interview with my potential boss via skype. The interview lasted an hour. During the interview, I couldn't tell if she was taking notes or doing something else, but I wasn't sure she was 100% listening. It also felt more like an interrogation than an interview at times. There were a lot of detailed and very specific questions. The skype interview was on a Friday and I was told Wednesday that I didn't get the position.
