i had a screener call with a recruiter (over a month after I applied), then met with the hiring manager. Disappointed that after 2 rounds, I was completely ghosted. I followed up with an email a week after my interview and only got silence. Saw on LI that they went with an internal. It cannot be that hard to simply let a candidate know you’re passing on them with a generic email.
