What stood out to me was the responsiveness throughout the process and what felt like a very transparent and keeping-it-real approach in each interview. I guess it bothered me more because I'd really bought in to the company and the people and the role, and felt like I'd connected well with the interviewers, but I was pretty disappointed when the whole process ended with a promise to get in touch at the end of the week and then - ghosted. Nothing else from them and no responses to several follow-ups attempts. Real downer to what was otherwise an ideal interviewing experience.
