Interview
Went into store and had a 20 minute interview with the manager. The questions were not difficult but made you think so try and be prepared, you should be fine just think practically and use common sense. We talked alot about what i was studying at uni and my career plans for the future, I think they were looking for someone passionate and ambitious.
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
