1 assessment with some behavioural questions, a few situation-based questions, and then an Interview with the manager focusing on customer service. After that, if selected, they will ask for your availability and give you a Rota, and if you choose to accept, you will get an offer letter in two weeks.

Simple competency questions and also availability questions etc. , easy enough to answer, lovely lady interviewing me, overall good experience even if you dont get an offer god experience to do.

One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
