Interview

Interview process is smooth while interviewer makes everything sound promising. I would recommend applying to this company anytime. The community I was hired to serve was in need of a native to facilitate the process and I was paid well to do the job.

Difficult Interview
Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ProMedica Senior Care (Cleveland, OH) in Nov 2022

Interview

Not made welcoming and poor interview questions. Felt like this was not the employer for me. HR person did not even introduce herself or tell me her name. I declined the position before I was offered. Age and possibly race discrimination. It was clear instead of being treated like a prospective candidate with appropriate credentials I was made to feel like I had no business being there.

Senior Graphic Designer

Hello all- I have a question. Context: I've completed a four-stage interview process for a design position at a large retail corp. The final interview on Nov 15 went very well! I sent thank-you notes that week and last holiday week sent flowers and an edible arrangement, thanking and asking about next steps. They said they have been busy + will reach out soon. It's almost been two weeks. They have been so eager the entire process and now it's quiet. Should I email them again? Is this normal?
