Not a bad experience. alot of questions that were very general. How are you? Whats your name? these are the type of questions that they asked. Dont worry you can get the job

There are 3 rounds. It starts with an initial phone screen with HR, followed by interview with your technical manager, and finally an interview with the senior leadership. I have only reached till the technical manager stage.

Send a personality test, failed it, was told that I cannot reapply for the next half a year, and the questions they ask have a clear politically correct answer which really put me off

Received an invite for a personality assessment, where there are clearly politically correct options, so it really put me off and just as I thought, I failed the personality test.

Interview process is very standard. I don't recommend applying to P&G if you're changing field. Despite their constant reassurance that they based a candidate on their core values, I was redirected to the other units (with more experience) twice, because I have no working experience in the applied field. Wasted my time to apply online and attend the interviews. I wouldn't apply to P&G anymore.

1st round HR about your background. 2nd round with hiring manager and 3rd round with director level. Learn more about your experience and scenario questions. First 2 rounds can be conducted via phone or via video interview

Candidates will have to first apply for a position via the company's website and career portal. Subsequently, they are required to take an online assessment that analyses the candidate's fit to the company's culture and values. If the online assessment is successful, candidates will be shortlisted for a physical interview. There are two rounds of interview (each an hour long) and both were similar in nature, whereby interviewees will be asked both technical and soft skills questions.

1 hour, clear questions , friendly and calm atmosphere, several blocks of questions including motivation, tasks on previous place, team structure, also questions for soft and hard skills like knowledge of local market and tools

There are 3 rounds of interviews in total. I went to the second round which is a senior manager level who work with P&G for about 10 years. The questions are almost the same as the first round, which are situational questions and asking about past experiences.

Interview process was not the best I ever encountered and do not spent the effort to know the candidate better. going by the book to ask questions only. Cannot make it
