Interview
The process was pretty fast for me because I passed the assessment in the past so I skipped that step this time around. When I applied in the past I didnt spend enough time prepping for the star method. Always have examples top of mind. Be honest and authentic but show your strengths and capability. Good Luck!

3.)Tell me about a situation when you had to adapt to a substantial change you encountered while working on an assignment at work or school. Please describe the situation, how you adapted to the change, and the results.
4.)Tell me about a time you dealt with a demanding customer. How were you able to solve their problem in a way that exceeded their expectations? Please describe the situation, your actions, and the results. How did you know what would exceed their expectations?

Interview
Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Interview
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
