They sent me a link for a video interview and it was uncomfortable. I did not have a webcam at home so had to do this interview in a public space. Also I feel that this process allows Providence to discriminate candidates without them ever knowing

The hiring and interview process is lengthy but does help to weed out those individuals who are not the best suited for the job. The company requires managers to just a packet of predetermined questions that are specific to the type of job. So for example you will have a package for nurses, a package for doctors, a package for IT employees, a package for management, etc.

The company has phone screening, 1:1, and mandatory panel interviews. The panels are often very large from 9-30 individuals.
