I had an initial call with the recruiter (about 15 mins). She was very kind and asked background questions and the common about you/ strengths and weaknesses questions. Next was an 30 min interview with the hiring manager, who later became my manager. He asked about my interests in marketing, campaigns I liked, and why i was interested in the role.

Fairly easy, entry level questions that does not require any advertising background. General behavioral questions focuses on working habits, personalities (testing on organization and creativity skill). Interviewed by my mentor which later helped us build a long term network after leaving the job.
