Interview
First round is java technical test.. it was about 75 mins and u need to answer 60 questions.. u will be tested on all the technologies like core java, jsp, servlets, EJB, JDBC, SQL , XML, etc.. test is tough too.
2nd round. u will be given a scenario ... u r expected to design the scenario in one hour..
3rd round is technical round.. Mostly it will be 1:1. But for me it was telephonic interview.. it was decent..
4th round is HR round(Personality test).. This is interesting and you will be asked real time questions .. Ex:- what will u do if your team members go on sick leave during the release time.. etc...

There are two technical round of interview each of 1.5 hrs and both are technical.
First round of interview is complete coding and some theory questions and second round also thay ask to do some coding excercise.
Hardness of technical round completely depends on the interviewer but its not that easy to crack interview of publicis sapient as in the other companies.
Well prepared person in the domain can crack easily
