    Had my initial interview in December, which went well. I was under the impression that all I needed to do was meet with the sales manager/MD, and the job was in the bag! Company never had the decency to get back to me and say "sorry it's a no this time" how hard is it to reply to an email? I was left feeling very disappointed by the whole situation, such a waste of my time and effort.
