    Director Role Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Milpitas, CA
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Quantros (Milpitas, CA) in September 2013.

    Interview

Sent through Recruiter. HR co-ordinator was least informative. Nothing defined on who is talking when, what is their role and what they are looking for in the candidate. There was so much arrogance from two executives when they asked questions. They treated as if they are the best of the breed and wants to do phycological assessment of the person they were grilling

    National Sales Manager Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Chicago, IL
    Accepted Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Quantros (Chicago, IL) in June 2012.

    Interview

Phone and in person. Spoke with the president, director of sales and the business development manager. 1 interview in person.

Biggest frustration with the interview process was being misled about the actual scope of the opportunity and actual market for their solutions.

Quantros was never ready to roll out a patient safety solution or a retail based pharmacy software for reporting prescription errors. . It won Walmart, but was not able to create and deploy software to chain & independent pharmacies with an appealing value proposition or believable ROI.

Finance was clueless about how to approach pharmacy chain cooperatives such as HealthMart or IPC, and could not figure out how to structure or contract for smaller opportunities.
