I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Questrade (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in August 2016.

    Interview

Straight forward to the point, great conversation everything was typical as you would expect from any other interview. There's usually a panel of interviewers that ask you questions and it usually lasted about 20-25 minutes as there was quite a bit of back and forth.

Be relaxed, go in with questions to ask them and somethings too. Be interested.

    Copywriter Interview

Anonymous Employee in Toronto, ON (Canada)
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Questrade (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in December 2012.

    Interview

I had a few interviews at Questrade, one on the phone and two in person. The process was super quick, and actually faster than they promised. The phone interview was basic; salary expectations, discuss my experience, etc. First in person was more in-depth, completing a writing test and discussing the role more in-depth, while the final interview was definitely more of a formality than an actual requirement. Very good experience.

online test followed by face to face with 4 people in a room.

    Interview Questions

    • what do you don't like in a coding standard?
How fast do you recover if others frequently interrupt your work?
How well do you work in a crowded work space.
      Technical questions.
The supposed to be senior interviewers were not very knowledgeable in technical questions, sometimes I had to correct them, sometimes they were giving me blank stare when they didn't understand what I was saying. I have been rejected by competent interviewers a few times. But I always get rejected by incompetent interviewers. ;-)   Answer Question
