Very thorough, Actual future Peers hire new employees. Math test is given. They hire "smiles", so they are looking for outgoing people pleasers. When asked, if you are willing to travel...say YES!
You meet with a TM and go over some basic questions. The key is customer service and strong work ethic. QT has strong values. They will be looking for them throughout your interview.

Interview
took about 20 minutes and they requested basic information from me, also let me know its a 14 day process. I havent looked up any reviews as of yet but im hoping to hear back soon
The interview was relatively short and sweet. The person that interviewed me was so kind and I immediately got sent for a drug test. They called me the next day to schedule me in.
