I had a 25 mins telephone interview and had to answer basic, easy, role related questions. First, I was asked to go through my CV and was occasionally interrupted for additional questions on my experience. Then, I was asked some sales-related questions and finally was asked to tell what should be the next best sales strategy for the company

Very welcoming, friendly process the whole way through. The team were very flexible around me throughout including adding an extra stage at my request so that I could come in to meet the team and ask some additional questions in person.

Very slow at getting back to me, and interview questions were odd - not very competency based, a lot of yes or no questions and more based on what I would do hypothetically, rather than focusing on what I have done and how I can add value to the company.

The first interview was unstructured. Some of the questions were totally unrelated to the actual job I applied for. The advertised job position was for someone with a 6 to 12 months experience in Salesforce administration; at the moment, I have more than 3 years experience and I still do not think I would have been able to to manage everything they said I was going to do if I got the job; it sounded like they wanted a senior admin for the price of a junior; I felt like the interviewers were not really interested in hearing my answers to their questions. It was a horrible experience. I would never work for a company like this; I had a very bad impression immediately.

They did not actually see my CV and one of the interviewers kept wrongly pronouncing the name of my employer. The Interviewing approach was quite aggressive and fast paced; I felt under pressure throughout the interview.

I then went back for a second interview where I was required to take a Salesforce certification mock test, and I got interviewed with one of the founders.

They rudely never sent me a response.

A casual first interview over the phone; it was more like a chat asking about my experiences and motivations for applying for the role at Quiqup.

Then, I was scheduled for a face-to-face interview where I interviewed with the recruiting manager and business analyst for an hour. It started with a discussion around my previous experiences followed by a small case study exercise on the board. Then, after the interview, I was sent a SQL test - I had two days to complete it.

Third round was with two senior managers. I though I failed it, but maybe that's because the interview lacked structure. After that, a final round interview with the CEO of Quiqup.

Generally, the recruiting team did a great job arranging everything smoothly and promptly.

Phone screening followed by interviews with two customer managers, with the final stage of interviews with the senior managers and the CEO
At the time, screening process did not involve any exercises or mock customer service situations-you would undergo these during training, which does mean you would end up working with a range of people from different backgrounds and also different interests.
