    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at RBC.

    Interview

Rigorous, they just keep bombarding you with questions to see if you can handle the pressure there. They don't really care about culture. It's a place where you produce daily P&L reports, monthly reports. You're just a production monkey and you don't learn much at all since they have systems that just spit out data. They really want to know how you handle grunt work. Bad culture there .

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RBC (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in January 2012.

    Interview

Initial communication from RBC HR was excellent. Interview was very professional and the Hiring Manager was personable. Came very prepared with having done a meticulous review of the job description and a review of the LinkedIn profile of the Hiring Manager. Awaiting next round of interview(s). They are fair but thorough in their hiring process. Location is central CBD.
