I applied through college or university. I interviewed at RGP

Interview

The Interview process was ok. I arrived at the office early and was greeted by very welcoming Front desk officers. Every staff member that walked past me while I waited had a smile on their face, it seemed to me that they were pretty happy to be there. The interview was mostly behavioural, nothing hard.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RGP (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2013

Interview

I initially interviewed with someone in their internal management recruiting team. After the initial interview, I met with a senior person within the office that I was looking to work in and I had a phone interview with a leader of their service line/practice. The offer came from the initial recruiter and he was my main point of contact for scheduling my follow on interviews.
