I received a phone call to schedule a phone interview for the next day.
The interviewer called and apologized that he will be late for a few minutes and called back not long after for the interview. Asked basic phone interview questions and next steps are then sent through emails.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RTX

Fairly impersonal, recruiters not really selling the place or the job. Waited about a week to get an email for scheduling an interview. Interview was done over zoom and interviewers were pleasant and professional.
