I was called in for an interview, but it was more like a group meeting. We were told how much that particular person made when she started and how much she makes now. The meeting itself was in Nashville TN. It does require a health and life license, which they'll help you get but you have to pay $295 for it. They also charge you $95 per month to access their system so you can obtain their leads for potential customers. Training is paid in that, while sending qualified people to a sales agent, you make half of the commission. The job is 100% commission paid, which isn't bad. The average of one policy a week sold is about $10 per hour. Training is supposed to be 7am - 7pm and is in Nashville TN. If you're not in that immediate area, I wouldn't recommend applying.
