1st stage is a 45 minute phone interview and 2nd stage is going to headquarters in St. Pete for a Super Day. Despite promises they are hiring top candidates in the country, they will fill spots with internal hires who already have connections to the company, even if they don't have the Finance background or Master's degrees that some other candidates have. If you don't have connections to the company for any entry level position, it's very difficult to break in. They also make it very unclear after the 1 year program where you will be placed within the company and what you'll be paid.

Interview
I interviewed for the Options Rotational Program after a career fair day at my university. The first step was a recorded, online "interview" where you are asked 3-5 questions and forced to record yourself answering these questions. The second step was a super day interview that took place in St. Pete that consisted of 30 candidates that each had 3 panel interviews with 3 different hiring managers. Interview had a lot to do with behavioral, and resume related questions.

Started with two over the phone interviews where they mainly ask you behavioral questions such as why you are interested, what you are interested in, and questions like that. The final round was SuperDay down at HQ in St. Pete's, FL with testing and panel interviews.
