    I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Red Lobster (Houston, TX) in March 2016.

    Applied online 3 days later called for interview for the following Monday. Came at 4 and he tells me He told me 3 which he didn't and that he was busy said come next day at 3. Get there wait for 20 mins and we go to booth and have a 1 on 1. My first interview I was nervous and think he sensed that, said he would be interviewing more people and get back about a week later sent an email saying I wouldn't be offered the position I called back a few weeks later to find out why i was declined and said because I had no experience.

    They sent me an email about coming in for an interview, but when I call they kept giving me the run around. Then when I finally got the second interview they gave me the run around again, so I gave up and totally would never again apply smh

    Pretty straight forward, walked in left a resume and interviewed and was hired immediately.

    • With no previous hospitality experience, the question of "Why?" seemed hard to articulate beyond to make some money and make people happy with their meal. But I do not think you can go too wrong with this.   Answer Question
