I was sent an itinerary beforehand, the interview was actually a series of 4 one on one interviews with designers and hiring managers. They felt very personal and let you lead the conversation. Felt slightly too unstructured

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Reebok (Canton, MA) in June 2016.

    Interview

Normal process, great people. From HR to department head interview, everything was good. I found the questions to be less about me than them being really interested in why I was choosing them. Obviously, an applicant does not truly understand how the company runs or workplace culture, so this struck me as slightly frustrating.

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Reebok (Canton, MA) in April 2016.

    Interview

First we talked about the job and what the employee had to do, and the bigger picture of it all. There were two roles I was interviewing for, which were very similar. And at the end of it they asked which seemed like the better fit. Then they asked me about my relevant work experience and technical skills. Particularly one that is quite similar to this position. Then they asked if I had any questions. And the final two questions were puzzle/thinking oriented. The vibe was very casual and we even talked about some of our mutual interests.
