I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Regus
Interview
Interview was as expected for the position. Meet either in face or via video conference with who would potentially be your supervising manager/director, at least a 2 stage interview, which is how professional businesses typically interview...must get a yes for the position from more than 1 person.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
You should always be prepared to give examples of your credentials. Just remember, the person interviewing you should already have your resume either in front of them or they have already reviewed it. Worst thing you can do is to repeat your credentials and accolades that they have written before them already. Do you suspect yourself to be a leader? Great, prove it, give me an example of a time(s) you were an inspiration to your staff. Think you are a team player? Tell me about a time...; Have you dealt with employee/customer/client confrontation before? Great, how did you manage/defuse the situation?
Bad experience. Unprofessional.
After sending in my application I received an invitation for an automated video interview to be completed at my convenience:
"The next part of our recruitment process will be an on-demand digital video. Flexibility is our business, so we have chosen this method of interview to allow you to complete this next stage when and where it suits you best."
Great, I thought. I will do the interview this evening when I am home again with my own laptop, after my daughters' friends have left so that the house is quiet. I did some research during the day and took notes to prepare, as you do for a regular interview.
As I sat down in the evening to do the interview I saw a new email from Regus in my inbox:
"Unfortunately, on this occasion you have been unsuccessful and we will not be taking you forward." No further explanation as to why.
So, Regus, please let me know: Why bother inviting me to the interview in the first place - "when and where it suits you best" - if you are not even going to give me a chance to complete it on the very same day?
Don't waste your applicants' time. If you invite your applicant to the next stage, stick to your word. Regus is apparently a company whose word you cannot trust.

I didn't get the opportunity to see the question due to Regus unprofessional treatment.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Regus (Tokyo) in Sep 2019
Interview
2nd time interview from hiring manager. It’s not difficult and I did these interviews smoothly. Showing performance and apealing are crucial factors for getting job, especially the job opportunity. But its not difficult and interview was quite simple and quick.

Process is to long and protracted, expected to have to travel quite far to each interview to suit Regis.
