Standard process: Apply -> Recruiter screen -> VP Hiring manager (HM) -> Loop. I only made it to the HM interview. Process wasn't overly formal with extensive preparation guidance provided upfront (like Amazons). Although the job description did reference LP style language as desired characteristics that I wasn't able to find elsewhere on their corporate materials.
