    pour ma part, après envoie du CV + LM à une agence de recrutement. la société a pris contact pour un entretien téléphonique d'embauche qui dure env. 15 à 20 min. suite à ca j ai été recontacté par le service Renault paris pour un entretien en visio. 1 mois plus tard le DRH de ma region m appel pour une prise de rdv pour approfondir mon CV et mes motivations. après ca rdv avec le directeur et chef de vente !!!!

    J'ai passé 2 tests avec Michael Page (raisonnement et psychologique) puis deux entretiens avec Michael Page en octobre 2016. Puis un entretien avec un manager assez haut placé chez Renault en novembre à Guyancourt. Entretien en anglais assez complexe. Ensuite j'ai passé le TOEIC au Plessis Robinson pour lequel j'ai obtenu un très bon score. A ce jour (fin janvier 2017) je n'ai toujours pas eu de réponse ferme malgré les nombreuses relances à Michael Page et à une RH Renault que j'ai réussi à contacter. C'est très frustrant et j"ai l'impression qu'ils gardent les candidatures juste au cas où.

    It went well, with a duration of 50 minutes. The questions were about my education, career plans, salary expectations. They let me know their answer after 3 months, after I contacted them asking for a feedback. I had to call them at least 5 times during these 3 months to get a final answer from them, which I considered very unprofessional.

    I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Renault (Denham, South East England, England (UK)) in July 2015.

    Interview

    1st stage: online application with few basic motivational questions
    2nd stage: Phone interview. Interviewed not by company's HR, but they hired external company to manage graduate recruitment. Interview was challenging with some more difficult/specific competency based questions.
    3rd stage: Numerical and verbal tests. Standard SHL tests
    4th stage: Assessment date which included one-on-one interview, group exercise, behavioural test on the computer, case study (30min preparation and 30min role play to negotiate sales targets) and presentation that I needed to prepare prior to the day with given material. It was 9am-5pm event and was difficult and tiring.
    Renault is looking for their core values in each individual and if you are actively involved in societies, volunteering or other activities, you have better chances of getting this job.
