I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Renters Warehouse (Phoenix, AZ).
Sat down with the broker discussed the company , my experience in Property Management and what I wanted to do. Pretty casual and informal very comfortable setting. Kroger wanted to clarify that company follows all laws regulations to the letter and make sure that I understood that and was agreeable to it everything was very much on the up-and-up.
There really wasn't a negotiation phase this type of work is pretty cut-and-dry you know what you'll be paid based on the list price of the home in question and you know how you'll be paid based on the previous interview. You must be willing to schedule Life by your phone and your email because when someone wants to see that house you need to be available to show it. However the broker was very reasonable with his expectations had understood that everyone has a life too.
Your feedback has been sent to the team and we'll look into it.
