Imagine waiting for 45 minutes after the scheduled start time for your interview in a dirty conference room with cardboard boxes stacked up., at an executive suite in a 2 story building. You finally meet the interviewer who doesn't listen to you and asks questions which prove it. Then you talk to your friend who works there who tells you he hates it and is giving notice. That's them.
