Easy going, very friendly people, positive experience, was interviewed by 3 partners, interview was conducted remotely, was told that all of the people at the firm were good people and that no jerks work at the firm

A phone call with a founding partner and informal gathering with partners from the specific office to discuss experience and general expectations. Very casual and comfortable. No pressure questions considering general familiarity with the firm.

Imagine waiting for 45 minutes after the scheduled start time for your interview in a dirty conference room with cardboard boxes stacked up., at an executive suite in a 2 story building. You finally meet the interviewer who doesn't listen to you and asks questions which prove it. Then you talk to your friend who works there who tells you he hates it and is giving notice. That's them.

Applied via advertisement, received a call from Jennifer Boldi, interviewed in person. I was told I would be invited back. I sent a thank you email, never heard back. Sent another email 2 weeks later, again no response. Never got any kind of response after what I thought was a good interview.

I met one of the equity partners at my previous job. I came in for an interview and was offered a job on the spot. They allowed me to negotiate my salary. The job definitely requires strong interpersonal skills and self-motivaiton. Overall, the interview process was easy.
