Retirement Living TV interview questions

I received a phone call from the HR Director. We had a phone screen. Once she decided she was more interested, she contacted me and scheduled a one on one interview. I went into the office and interviewed with her, one on one. She informed me of the process, and that there were others she was interviewing but would contact me once a decision was made. About a week later she called me and extended an offer of employment and I accepted.
