I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Revel Systems (San Francisco, CA) in April 2014.

Interview

Pretty standard. Phone screen was very casual. I was invited for an on-site interview a few days later. I had 3 one on one interviews, 2 with support agents and 1 with the support manager. The agents were casual. I think they were gauging the culture fit more than anything. The manager asked about my past experience working with customers and gave me some test scenarios and asked how I would respond.
