The interview process raised several red flags from the start. It's unclear who is ultimately responsible for hiring decisions, and it seems like there's a lack of structure or clear requirements in place. The entire process felt disorganized and out of touch with what’s needed for the role.

Interview
The interview process was fine but a bit lengthy. They also have you do an assessment that has nothing to do with your background in the specfic job however, that is there way to assess you. They also have you complete a large personality test that is quite lengthy. They are basically looking for a specifc type of employee.
